Villa Nadia is the biggest of the three holiday villas in the country estate of 9000 sqm. The property is completely fenced-in and has a large green area with grass, pine trees, olives tree, and citrus plants. The rental property is located in a quiet and restricted area far from city’s noise. 
Villa Nadia is a two-story house that sleeps 4 plus 3 more with a sofa-bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and an anti-theft device, which is directly connected to security main office. Upstairs you’ll find the sleeping quarters with 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom) and a bathroom, while downstairs there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and bathroom. 
The swimming pool is reserved solely for clients of the villas (Nadia and Silvia) that belong to the estate Colombo 
 
Typical landscapes of the area such as the “trulli” in Alberobello, the white city of Ostuni, the Castellana caves, the safari-zoo in Fasano and other characteristic places in Salento like Otranto and Gallipoli are all within driving distance. 
The house is ideal for a relaxing and affordable holiday in Puglia with the sun and sea by day and typical streets and festivals in Salento by night.

    • The “San Domenico Golf” course lies near the small fisherman village of Savelletri and the archaeological area of Egnathia, with its southern boundary close to the sea. The formerly flat and featureless land is now a challenging 18 hole golf course which offers an unforgettable experience for visitors and superb view of the Adriatic Sea from every tee, green and fairway. Designed by “European Golf Design”, the course measures over 6300 meters, has a par of 72 and has been constructed to the highest standards, with greens conforming to USGA Specifications. As it is to be expected from a golf course so close to the sea, wind can play a significant role in the challenge of the course. This is complemented by incorporating local plants into the design of the course, which can be seen occupying great waste areas weaving their way in and around the golf holes.

    To book, we ask 30% of the amount arranged by bank transfer. We will confirm receipt of payment by E-Mail. In case of cancellation 45 days before the date of arrival, you will be refunded the 50% of the bank transfer, while you will loose the deposit in case of cancellation less than 45 days before arrival. The remaining amount you pay me upon arrive. Upon arrival is requested 100 euro of security deposit and will be refounded on your departure The price includes electricity, gas, water, linen for beds and towels, washing machine and heating/ air condition. The cleaning upon departure is not included,you can do it yourself or pay a supplement of 25 euro to do from the personnel of cleanings
