The lodging is inside a cottage constituted by 3 residences of which 2 are the owners.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms (one matrimonial), one bathroom, lounge and habitable kitchen with access to a green angle to the outside with partially covered porch and BBQ.
It’s completely furnished and equipped of TV, VCR, washer, refrigerator, freezer, autonomous heating and connection ADSL.

To book, we ask 30% of the amount arranged by bank transfer. We will confirm receipt of payment by E-Mail. In case of cancellation 45 days before the date of arrival, you will be refunded the 50% of the bank transfer, while you will loose the deposit in case of cancellation less than 45 days before arrival. Upon arrival is requested 100 euro of security deposit and will be refounded on your departure.
the price includes: water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, heating, weekly linens, wood for barbecue and wood oven, and initial cleaning. The price doesn’t include: cleaning before the end of your holiday. You can clean it yourself or hire a cleaning woman for 25€.
