Lanciano, within 20 min. drive, is a warren of medieval lanes with a cathedral built on the arches of a Roman bridge and a church dedicated to St. Francis.

The rates are for each floor.
In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 300,00 Euro must be paid at the time of booking. It is also valid as a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full after your departure, if there are no damages to the property or to any items, otherwise the cost of any damage will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate.
Included: Bed, bath & kitchen linen with weekly change. Final clean.A baby-cot on request, electricity, hot water, gas for cooking .Pets are accepted. Free parking.
