70m2 ground-floor flat, freshly renovated and with designer furniture. The flat lies in a calm and idyllic holiday quarter with lots of green and palm trees. The sandy beach (choice between public and private beach with bar, deckchairs and water sports facilities) is just 200m away. The shallow-water beach is ideal for families even with small children.

Air-conditioner, Satellite-TV, electric scooter, hammocks, washing machine, dish-cleaner, micro-wave.
The cost of electricity, water and gas, bed linen and towels and final cleaning is included.
SOURROUNDINGS
Ideal for a holiday with swimming, hiking and lots of culture. The lively town of Pescara is very attractive for strolling, shopping and eating out.
The Abruzzo region forms part of the largest environmentally-protected area in Europe: glaciers, peaks of 3000 m, wild water streams, canyons with hidden hermitages offering wonderful opportunities for hiking, climbing, mountain biking and kayaking, in the hot season and for skiing in winter.
From the historic and cultural point of view, Abruzzo invites you to discover its countless sights from all centuries: castles, churches, roman remains, abbeys and medieval towns and villages.
If that’s not enough, Rome is within two hours’ car drive (reachable also by bus, train and plane).
