Experience the real Italy when you stay at I Terrazzi. The house renovations were completed in May 2008. Creating a fantastic home from the original medeival houses ( it took 3 houses to make this one!).
I Terrazzi, is situated in the medeival heart of a sleepy (there is no through road) mountainside village overlooked by the castle.
Linen and towels are provided, the rental price includes all gas and electricity charges. The house is centrally heated.
I Terrazzi is arranged over three floors.
The LOWEST floor has independent access ( there is also an internal spiral staircase)Enter into a small lobby with an open fireplace and on into a large BEDROOM with kingsize bed and small balcony. En suite BATTHROOM (bath with shower over)and walk in wardrobe. Spiral staircase to-
The MIDDLE floor has a double BEDROOM with juliet balcony, family BATHROOM with shower cubicle, hall leading to-
The MAIN RECEPTION ROOM with open fireplace. Here you will find the well equipped fitted KITCHEN, with granite work surfaces, built in dishwasher and fridge.There is a gas oven and gas hob with extractor fan over.You will find plenty of cutlery, crockery and cookware.
The DINING AREA has an extending table that seats 4, 6 or 8 and a juliet balcony.
The comfortable SITTING area houses the flat screen tv dvd player / recorder and portable stereo.
Off this area is the UTILITY ROOM with further fitted units, a washer/dryer, a freezer,a microwave, an iron and ironing board.
The main front door is on this floor and also the door to the lower terrace.

The TOP floor has a BEDROOM with super kingsize bed, juliet balcony and en suite SHOWER ROOM.The upper lobby leads to the fantastic ROOF TERRACE and also to a further twin BEDROOM, this bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the roof terrace.
So thats 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms suitable for up to 8 people

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due four weeks before you travel. Please note there is a £250 refundable damage deposit. Payment can be made by cheque, pay pal, or direct bank credit. The refundable damage deposit can be paid in cash to our local representative
