Our apartment is self-contained and comfortably-furnished. It has two bedrooms (one with double bed, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a cot). Both are spacious and airy. We have a large terrace with dining facilities, a portable bbq, and a view of the sea. Plus a small garden with a lockable gate. Lots of space out front for children to play in. We are situated in the Residence section of 'Green Bay Village', and have a communial swimming pool, with a safe section for children, as well as a lifeguard on duty at all times. Animation is provided for children during the peak season. The beach, which has been awarded with the 'Blue Flag' for it's exquisite cleanliness, is only 150 metres from our apartment. There's a lovely picnic area alongside the beach, ideal for cycling and jogging as well. A wooden chalet on the beach, provides light lunches, music and entertainment in the evenings. We provide our guests with an umbrella and deck chairs (free of charge) on the beach front. We also provide our guests with a free private parking space in front of the building. There are no hidden extra charges.
'Green Bay Village' is situated 2 kms from a large Shopping Mall. It is also close to other towns, especially Pineto centre, and Silvi Marina, where there are numerous Pizzerias, Restaurants, Ice Cream parlours, parks, Coffee Bars, boutiques, etc., etc. An ideal location for family entertainment. We are also within 30 to 45 minutes drive of the mountains and country areas, where good, Italian Agriturismo meals can be enjoyed. Pamphlets and booklets are provided. Also, coach tours to coastal towns where Wine tasting and typical Italian food, can be enjoyed for very reasonable prices. This information will be given on request. To put it in a 'nutshell', the area of Pineto is well-situated for all types of recreation and good eating. And of course, one can participate in the many summer festas held in various villages around Pineto, enjoying the typical food and culture of each individual village.
