Set on the hills descending from Città Sant’Angelo to the Adriatic Sea, Colle Moro Resort is a 7 hectares property where B&B Villa Maria, B&B I Tre Ciliegi and Azienda Agricola Ampolo Rella are located. Countryside peacefulness, elegant residences’ charme and home warmth … you will enjoy an unforgettable stay. The B&Bs are surrounded by luxuriant gardens, wonderful for their richness and the fragrance of flowers in every season. The farm enclosing them, mainly orchards and olive trees, shelters and protect our guests’ privacy, making it an ideal place to relax.
In Colle Moro Resort the pleasure of hospitality, the art of making you feel at ease in our home is an old tradition. In our rooms is still possible to experience the family atmosphere of a lived in house: books on shelves, photographs albums, the CD and LP collection, the library with its precious volumes…the difference between a home and an hotel.

Colle Moro Resort is 2 Km from the A14 highway exit “Pescara Nord – Città Sant'Angelo”, a strategic point if you come to Pescara on business or need a break during the long drive from North to South Italy. B&B Villa Maria e B&B I Tre Ciliegi are only a 5 minutes drive from Montesilvano PalaCongressi and Silvi Marina PalaUniverso, where conventions and trade fairs are held all year round. We are also very close to Villa Serena Nursing Home, so being a convenient accommodation both for doctors working in the Home and patients’ families.
Pescara city centre and Railway station, Abruzzo Airport, Sambuceto and Dragonara industrial and commercial areas are all within 20 minutes drive from ColleMoro, and you can reach Pescara Harbour and ferries to Tremiti Islands and Croatia in less than 30 minutes.
Colle Moro Resort offer two kind of accommodation:
an independent apartment ("Nonna Delisca!) at self catering conditions.
rooms in the Villa at B&B conditions.
"Granny's Den Nonna Delisca" is a 64 sq.metres apartment, sleeps 4. It is at ground level on the east wing of "Villa I Tre Ciliegi", has an independent entrance. It is a three rooms flat, each room opens on the terrace and garden. In the living room there is a fireplace and a double sofa-bed, the kitchen-dining room is furnished with stove oven fridge and dish-washer,the double-bedroom has a bath-room en suite. The apartment is very quiet and away from all the noise.
It is rnt from saturday to saturday at a variabe price (according to the period) that includes electricity water gas consumption, one cleaning and change of linen per week, final cleaning
Rooms in the main Villa are all well fournished, all with private bathroom.
They are equipped with Tv set, ceiling fan, mosquito curtains; they are all served by internet Wi-Fi connection.
There are also two suites, each one composed of 2 rooms sharing a bathroom and private wide terrace with a view of the Adriatic Sea and our park.
Breakfast is especially inviting… we offer homemade products absolutely genuine and fresh, grown in our own farm or in other local establishments.
