Pretty villa located within a small hamlet, surrounded by Vineyards & olive groves. Situated just 5 minutes drive from Castel Frentano which is a small market town which has all ameneties. Lanciano is an historic town just 10 minutes drive. The beautiful Adriatic coast can be reached within 15 minutes drive. San Vito, Fossacessia, Casel Bordino have beautiful sandy beaches which are safe and clean for family.
