Casa Posta is set within an area of stunning natural beauty with mountains to the west and beaches to the east providing a range of year round activities to suit all interests.

The house is ideally situated for Lake Bomba which is a beautiful place to relax or to be more active with all water sports available here. The nearby mountains offer stunning views, exhilarating walks and intriguing villages for exploration and of course, skiing in the winter.

The original house comprised of 4 large rooms and was was once used as the post house for the village. These rooms have been tastefully converted into 3 bedrooms (double, twin,single) shower room, kitchen/dining area with log burning stove and seperate lounge.The kitchen and lounge open on to the south facing courtyard and garden through french doors.

Each bedroom has high beamed ceilings and the upstairs is finished with wooden floors.The main bedroom has a small balcony with amazing views of the valley.

The Main Bedroom has exposed beams and high ceilings making it light and airy. The room has a king size bed and small balcony that gives stunning views of the valley.

The Twin bedroom is south facing and is bright and spacious with ample storage space for guests. Cool in the summer, cosy in the winter.
The single room is an airy room ideal for a relaxing stay!

The open plan dining/kitchen is modern and fresh with everything that you need for a comfortable stay.There is seating for up to 8, fitted cooker, gas hob,fridge/freezer washing machine and ample dishes, cutlery etc.

The spacious lounge is bright and airy with double doors. It is comfortably furnished with seating for up to 8 people. Two of the sofas can be used as single beds if required. A television and dvd player are providedas well as a selection of family games.

Throughout the house natural fininshes and original features have been retained such as the original brick flooring and pizza oven. A log burning stove that heats the house in winter makes this an ideal property for skiing breaks.

The garden is enclosed with two south facing terraces, ideal for dining al fresco or for catching the warm summer sun! Olive, fig and almond trees provide shade if required. The terrace has stunning views of the valley in the day and provides a star gazers paradise at night.

Parking is located to the side of the house within the grounds.

The area is easily accessible from the Uk with regular flights to Rome (2.5hrs), Pescara (40 mins), Ancona (3hrs) and Bari (3hrs). A car is essential to make the most of the local area.
