Vacation Rental Description

Our new apartment (Built in 2007) has two bedrooms (one with double bed, and the second bedroom with two single beds). We have a large terrace (16 metres) with a good sight (sea side and hill side). We are in a Residence situated 50m from the sandy beach and the pineforest in a idyllic and calm parc situation. The beach, which has been awarded with the 'Blue Flag' for it's exquisite cleanliness, is only 50 metres from our apartment. There's a lovely pineforest alongside the beach, ideal for cycling and jogging as well. Some chalets on the beach, provides light lunches, music and entertainment in the evenings. We provide our guests with a free private parking space in front of the building. There are no hidden extra charges.
Our apartment is situated 1 km from a supermarket. It is also close to other towns, especially Giulianova centre, and Tortoreto, where there are numerous Pizzerias, Restaurants, Ice Cream parlours, parks, Coffee Bars, boutiques, etc., etc. An ideal location for family entertainment. We are also within 30 to 45 minutes drive of the mountains and country areas, where good, Italian Agriturismo meals can be enjoyed. Pamphlets and booklets are provided. Also, coach tours to coastal towns where Wine tasting and typical Italian food, can be enjoyed for very reasonable prices. This information will be given on request. To put it in a 'nutshell', the area of Giulianova is well-situated for all types of recreation and good eating. And of course, one can participate in the many summer festas held in various villages around Giulianova, enjoying the typical food and culture of each individual village.

Organised trekking in groups in the 'National Park of Abruzzo' by the Forestry Department of Teramo.
Organised coach trips along the Adriatic Coast to various canteens for wine-tasting, followed by a 4 course typical Italian meal, for the price of €18 (2008 fee).
Organised coach trips to the mountains for group hiking. Leaves early morning and returns early evening. Charge €6 (2008 fee).
Organised coach trips to important cities to visit museums, cathedrals and places of interest. Lunch included. Reasonable prices.
Interesting 'Butterfly Park' about 10 kms from 'Green Bay Village', Pineto.
For Adults discos, night clubs and bars/pubs. 'Happy hour' in most bars.

Most evenings, concerts and music in the main piazzas of Giulianova, Tortoreto and Alba Adriaticai.
Festas in most villages over the weekends - with entertainment and food.
