Outside, the garden offers an enclosed patio and a terraced garden leading down to off street parking and a rear access.
If you do not bring a car, car hire is available in the town and express buses go down to Arklow or up to Bray/Dublin.
Wicklow town offers a wide variety of shops and boutiques as well as restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. It also offers facilities for wet weather including indoor swimming pool and gym(1 mile), Kidszone and bowling alley (2 miles)and the Wicklow Gaol (500 yds), a notable tourist attraction. A multi screen cinema forms part of the Bridgewater centre in nearby Arklow(15m).
To the north of the town lies the Murrough(1m), a 10 mile beach of turf and stone and backed by a nature reserve and the Vartry river, where the locals exercise themselves and their dogs, and behind them can be seen the Big and Little Sugarloaf mountains.
The town has a working harbour, serving trawlers and a vibrant timber trade. Above this is the remains of the Black Castle, where St Patrick is said to have first landed in Ireland and been chased off.
To the south are the Wicklow Golf Club (1m) and the cliffs and old lighthouses where you may walk and see the local grey seals, basking on the shore or swimming and feeding offshore.
Further south are the sandy beaches typified by Brittas Bay(8m), a 3 mile stretch of golden sand and Enereilly (10m), great for sea fishing.
Golf is well served for all abilities with championship courses at Druids Glen and Heath(10 m) and 25 other courses spread through the county.

Fishing is available either sea fishing from the beaches at the Murrough or Enereilly or fresh water from the Vartry river or lakes at Roundwood(12m).
Wicklow, as the "Garden of Ireland", offers spectacular gardens in Mount Usher(7m), Powerscourt(20m) and the National Garden centre(10m) as well as smaller ones in season.
Glendalough(15m), an early Irish monastic settlement, offers an atmospheric place to walk, think and reflect on those early Christian people and others who mined the ground's riches.
Wicklow offers something for everyone and the Little Green House provides the perfect base for groups of upto six people.
