The Millrace is a welcoming detached cottage set on a working livestock farm, one mile from the village of Dunlavin in County Wicklow. This cottage sleeps six people and has three bedrooms consisting of one ground floor double with an en-suite shower room, one lower ground floor double and a lower ground floor twin with shower. The cottage also has an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area as well as a lower ground floor sitting room. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for 6 cars and a front gravelled area with furniture and BBQ. The Millrace is an ideal holiday home for exploring the area.

Facilities

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility, dishwasher, TV, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 6 cars. Front gravelled area with furniture, BBQ on request, treehouse, stream and small waterfall. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The lower ground floor rooms can only be accessed via a steep ladder or external door. Note: There is an unfenced stream to the front of this property, so children should be supervised at all times.

				Low Season Price:	£198 per Week
				High Season Price:	£431 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
