Luxury holiday home is prestigeous private gated developmemnt 5-mins walk to the famous European Union Blue Flag Brittas Bay Beach - 5km of sand and sand dunes.
The house is in a peaceful and rural location but is only 1-hour south of the bustling capital city of Ireland, Dublin. It is about 2km of the N11 - the main road linking Dublin and Wexford and is 45-mins south of Dun Laoghaire port and about 90 mins from Rosslare Europort.
Wicklow is known as "the garden of Ireland" and the local scenery is fantastic. There are numerous golf clubs nearby including The European (2km), Druids Glen (15km), WOodenbridge (10km), Wicklow (7km) and Blainroe (5km). There are horse riding centres nearby which offer lessons for adults and children including Bel Air Equestrian Centre. Within a 30-min drive there is Glenroe Open Farm and Playground, Greenaun Farm Museum and Maze and the Clara Lara Water Fun Park. There are swimming pools about 10km away in Arklow and Wicklow.
