This welcoming semi-detached cottage is set ten miles from Gorey in County Wexford sleeping two people in one bedroom.

Rose Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated close to the town of Gorey in County Wexford. This cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining are and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for 2 cars and a patio area with furniture and BBQ. Rose Cottage is a perfect romantic retreat at any time of year.

Full oil central heating, with additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power charged at €30, payable directly to owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio area with furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Pub 4 miles.

				Low Season Price:	£135 per Week
				High Season Price:	£265 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
