This delightful, detached cottage is situated five miles from Duncannon, County Wexford, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Bob’s Cottage is a comfortable, detached cottage situated five miles from the fishing village of Duncannon, County Wexford. With two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as a family shower room, it sleeps four comfortably. There is also a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there are lawned and gravelled gardens surrounding the cottage, and off road parking for two cars. With such a lovely part of Ireland on your doorstep, Bob’s Cottage is ideal for a family getaway.

Activities

The fishing village of Duncannon is situated in County Wexford. Waterford Harbour lies to the west and the sandy beach is popular for swimming and sunbathing. With a few pubs and restaurants, and a children's playground by the beach, Duncannon is a lovely place for a quiet seaside holiday. Catch a ferry to the beaches and watersports of Dunmore East, shop for traditional crystal in Waterford, enjoy the music of Wexford Festival Opera each October or explore some of the historic houses, beautiful gardens and lovely walks in this wonderful part of Ireland.

				High Season Price:	£405 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
