This lovely holiday property in southwest County Wexford offers an airy and spacious open plan living area, which includes a fitted kitchen and cosy dining area. The property has a large shared garden, as well as its own paved patio area with garden furniture which is ideal for relaxing in after a long day’s exploring. Seaside Cottage offers quality family friendly accommodation in one of the most unspoilt parts of Ireland close to the village of Duncannon with its mile-long golden beach, within easy reach of the scenic Ring of Hook.

Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of owner’s partially enclosed lawned garden. Paved patio area with garden furniture at rear of property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Located in southwest County Wexford, Duncannon is the perfect place for a quiet seaside holiday. To the west lies Waterford Harbour with its popular golden sandy beach ideal for relaxing swimming and sunbathing. Jump on a convenient ferry which will take you to the beaches and water sport activities of Dunmore East; explore the historic houses and immaculate gardens around the area; marvel at the sculptures at the Duncannon International Sand Sculpting Festival, or shop for traditional Waterford crystal. Fishing, golf, horse riding and beautiful walks are also all within reach of this ideal family holiday destination.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
