We recently renovated our house that is situated by the sea in the lovely village of Passage East. We also created an artist studio at the end of the yard that has its own bathroom facilities. The house was redesigned and furnished by an interior decorator from Milan, in Italy. There is wood flooring throughout the property and a Stanly wood burning stove in the living room. The kitchen is very bright with a delightful cherry wood round table and has French doors opening out onto a patio style back yard. The historic City of Waterford and its famous Waterford Cristal Show Rooms are just 10km away. There are many outdoor activities in the area and we are in close proximity to world class golf courses. Enjoy the night life of Waterford or aquatic activities in Dunmore East and Tramore. Day sightseeing and boat fishing excursions can also be arranged with us.
