This semi-detached lifeguard's cottage is located just outside the seaside village of Passage East in County Waterford and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.

Sea Shell cottage is located just half a mile from the peaceful seaside fishing village of East Passage on the County Waterford coast in southern Ireland. Set all on the ground floor and with two double bedrooms plus a folding bed, this cottage is suitable for five people. The facilities also include a shower room, a fitted kitchen with a dining table and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage are a pretty, enclosed front garden with a seat and an enclosed rear lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a BBQ. Just ten minutes walk from the beach, Sea Shell Cottage is an excellent location for a family holiday on the south coast of Ireland.

Activities

The fishing village of Passage East lies on the west bank of Waterford Harbour, and is home to a long beach. Passage East is a great location for fishing, and is famous for its mussel beds, and celebrates this with its annual festival each September. From Passage East you can catch a ferry and make the short journey to Ballyhack, and from there travel down to the Hook Peninsula. A short drive from Passage East will take you to Waterford City; known as the capital of South East Ireland, Waterford has something to satisfy all tastes. Golf, walking, angling, watersports and equestrian sports are all on offer in Waterford, alongside numerous pubs, shops and restaurants. Whether it is a quiet day by the sea, or a stroll around a vibrant city you're after, Passage East is a great base, any time of year.

				High Season Price:	£399 per Week

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
