This modern detached cottage is in the village of Stradbally in County Waterford and is able to sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Nell's Cottage is a modern, detached property in Stradbally village in County Waterford. With three double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom, this cottage is suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a living-flame electric fire. Outside the cottage is a lawned garden with a patio and outdoor furniture as well as off road parking for two cars. Just a five minute walk from the nearest beach, Nell's Cottage is suitable for all ages.

Sometimes referred to as the gateway to the Copper Coast, the picturesque village of Stradbally is located between the Comeragh Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, making this rugged location wonderfully diverse. With a strong community spirit, this traditional village has won numerous awards in the National Tidy Towns competition and is composed of charming thatched and slated cottages. With three lovely beaches within walking distance of the village, this settlement is an ideal place for a family holiday or water sports trip, and is a good base from which to explore the wider area. The bustling market town of Dungarvan is home to many interesting shops and a wide range of pubs and restaurants, and is located only nine kilometres away.

				High Season Price:	£555 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
