This all ground floor cottage is situated four miles from Cahir in County Tipperary and sleeps two people in one bedroom.

Fallowfield Cottage is a delightful cottage set in an isolated position, four miles from the town of Cahir in County Tipperary. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two and has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower, basin and WC. This cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside of this cottage there is ample off road parking and a large rear lawned garden with orchard, patio and furniture. Fallowfield Cottage is an ideal romantic holiday home which is bound to please.

Oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer in external utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, library of DVDs. Fuel supplement payable direct to owner of €15 April - September inclusive and €30 October - March inclusive. Electricity and fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Large rear lawned garden with orchard, patio and furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles.

				High Season Price:	£263 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
