Set on a working beef farm, this semi detached barn conversion on the outskirts of the village of Nobber, County Meath, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

An ideal countryside retreat, this lovely property makes it oh-so-easy to enjoy a taste of true country life. The cottage is set on a working beef farm, in the middle of lovely countryside, and the owner can arrange for fresh fruit and vegetable packages to be delivered straight to the cottage. The bedrooms, a double and a twin, are cosy and comfortable, and the living area is open plan and includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with doors to the decked area outside. Guests also have use of a shared lawned garden, ideal for the children, who will also enjoy the various farms open to the public in the region. With fishing, walking and riding close by, this cottage lets you make the most of Meath then relax in comfort.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from electric fire in living area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, CD/radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Decking area to side of property with garden furniture and BBQ, shared lawned area. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Salmon and Trout fishing available on Rivers Boyne and Dee by prior arrangement with owner. Note: Fresh fruit and vegetable packages available by prior arrangement with owner.

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
