				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	£350 per Week
				High Season Price:	£550 per Week

The home will be available from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and should be vacated no later than 10.00 hrs on day of departure. 2.A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to reserve accommodation. The balance is 4 weeks before arrival. 3.A £50 breakage and fuel charge deposit should be paid to the host on arrival. The balance will be refunded on departure. 4.Electricity and heating is an extra charge. The person booking undertakes not to do so on their own part, or permit to be done by any other member of the party, anything which may, in the opinion of the management, be of a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the peace or general comfort of others. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is forfeit and the following charges will apply:2 weeks or less to arrival - 50%1 week or less to arrival - 100% WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT A BOOKING.
