This cosy cottage on the same site as a bakery is in the village of Drumshanbo in County Leitrim and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Sinead is a delightful cottage on the edge of the popular town of Drumshanbo in County Leitrim and is on the site from which the owner runs a bakery, providing cakes, scones and bread. With one double and one twin bedroom and with a family shower room, this cottage can sleep four people. The rest of the accommodation in this cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is a lawned garden area to the front and use of a communal lawned area with garden furniture and a BBQ as well as off road parking for three cars. Full of character and within walking distance of the town's facilities, Sinead is a lovely holiday cottage all year round.

Activities

Drumshanbo is a traditional Irish town located in County Leitrim. It is home to lively Irish pubs, mouth watering restaurants and quaint shops, and also plays host to a number of popular festivals which are held throughout the year. Walkers and ramblers will be delighted to learn that the town is surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside, woodlands and lakes. To the north of the town is Lough Allen, the third largest lake on the River Shannon, with excellent angling and opportunities for windsurfing, canoeing and other water sports. If golf is your game, you will find four excellent courses within easy reach.

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
