Just three miles from Waterville is Waterville Bungalow. A ground floor detached bungalow, which sleeps five and has three bedrooms, it also has a superb Jacuzzi bath.

Waterville Bungalow is a single story bungalow situated in the townland of Farranahown, just three miles from Waterville. This welcoming bungalow has been furnished and decorated to a good standard and is light and airy with a cosy sitting room with electric fire - perfect to relax in after a busy day. There is also an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area whilst the highlight in the bathroom is the fantastic Jacuzzi bath. Waterville Bungalow sleeps five and has three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single. Outside the bungalow is a front and rear lawned garden and a hedged garden to the side and there is also off road parking for four cars. Waterville Bungalow is ideal for families and is an excellent base to experience the many activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Activities

Waterville is situated between Ballinskeligs Bay and Lough Currane and is a tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry. Waterville has a wonderful sandy beach, a fantastic championship 18 hole golf course and fabulous archaeological remains. It is also surrounded by stunning mountains and lakes. For walkers and fishermen, the beautiful Kerry Way has many walks, rivers and lakes. A boat trip to Skelligs, Beginish Island or Dingle is essential as is a visit to Cahersiveen, a popular, coastal town ten miles from Waterville. For the more adventurous, kayaking, mountaineering and cycling are all available in the surrounding area. Waterville is a perfect base and there is something for everyone in this part of County Kerry.

				High Season Price:	£450 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
