Only a mile from the small town of Kenmare in County Kerry, this property offers spectacular mountain views, a lovely rural setting, a modern atmosphere and traditional comfort. Accommodation is composed of four double bedrooms – one with en-suite – a fitted kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a living room with open fire and mountain views. Guests can relax and enjoy a drink in the garden, or curl up in front of the cosy open fire, making this a wonderful location regardless of the time of year.

With beautiful beaches, wildlife and lovely scenery, the area is popular amongst walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers. The surrounding coastline is rugged, though does offer a number of sandy beaches in addition to the more common pebble strands that are found around the bay. The town of Kenmare itself is an interesting place, with long winding streets and traditional farmers markets, artists’ galleries, independent boutiques and some of the best restaurants in Ireland. The famous town of Killarney is close by and is home to an abundance of attractions, pubs, festivals and a National Park. With all of this within a 35 minute drive, the area manages to be both teeming with activities, yet still retaining a relaxing atmosphere.

				High Season Price:	£644 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
