North County Kerry is the home of the popular seaside village of Ballybunion, at the mouth of the Shannon Estuary.

The spacious and comfortable accommodation includes three bedrooms, a cosy sitting room with open fire, a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen, and a generously proportioned dining area. There is a delightful lawned garden to the rear, and an airy porch with seating to the front where you can relax after a day’s sightseeing. Ocean Cove is in a wonderful location for discovering all the visitor attractions that Ballybunion has to offer, including sandy beaches and two golf courses, and many great days out are just a short drive away.

Facilities

Full oil fired central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden to rear with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Spring Bank Holiday is charged at the Mid rate. There are two main sandy beaches here separated by the castle ruins. Ballybunion Golf Club uses the castle on its world famous emblem, and the club has two challenging links courses. The village has a superb selection of local bars and restaurants which serve the finest local fresh produce and Irish and international cuisine; its own theatre, the Tinteán Theatre, which offers a varied programme of year round performances; a playground which overlooks the beach, and an indoor swimming pool. The seas around Ballybunion attract an abundance of wildlife including seals, sea otters, dolphins and porpoises, and the coast offers many scenic walking opportunities. The rugged Dingle Peninsula, lakes of Killarney and the amenities and visitor attractions of Listowel and Tralee are all within easy reach of this charming holiday destination.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. <br/><br/>Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
