This gorgeous detached dormer bungalow is located in a quiet spot just three miles distant from the pubs and restaurants of Killorglin, and is the perfect location for discovering the leisure activities of the Ring of Kerry including walking, cycling and golf. Caragh Lake is nearby and provides an extensive choice of pursuits for lovers of the great outdoors. The bustling town of Killarney is 12 miles away, and the sandy beaches of Rossbeigh and Glenbeigh are also within easy reach.

Full oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs, DVD player, and video player in first floor sitting area. All fuel and power at extra charge per unit. (meter reading taken at beginning and end of stay). Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to front and rear with garden benches. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Killorglin is known as the gateway to the Ring of Kerry and is a pretty town surrounded by natural beauty. Killorglin offers a great choice of cafés, restaurants and pubs, and superb fishing on the River Laune and at nearby Caragh Lake. The town is situated in the heart of County Kerry, and every summer plays host to the annual "Puck Fair", one of Ireland's most ancient street festivals. Beautiful sandy beaches, wonderful walking and cycling opportunities and plenty of great golf courses are all within the area, as well as the charming town of Killarney and its shops, restaurants, theatres and bars.

A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
