An early Georgian house, the estate comprises over 100 acres of woodland and garden and is complete with its own private lake. This is a very special property in a picture postcard location. The house has been made extremely comfortable in recent years, however, the period features remain intact. The reception rooms have intricate plasterwork, high ceilings and retain the elegance of a bygone era. The entrance hall is quite stunning, original murals adorn the walls depicting the four virtues. Period furniture and open fireplaces throughout make for a comfortable old-world ambience.

First floor - Five double bedrooms all with private bathrooms.

Garden level -- Three double bedrooms with private bathrooms; one twin room with private bathroom. Bow-shaped rustic bar with coal effect stove. There is also a chaming pavillion suite in the North wing of the house.

There are stables and a modern gym in the courtyard. Bedrooms have television, video, hair dryer, tea and coffee-making facilities, direct dial telephone. Fax and Internet available to guests.

Two bedrooms on the garden level are wheelchair accessible.

Victorian Villas & Gate Lodge
There are two 18th century luxuriously converted stables on the estate which are perfectly suited to four adults each as well as a gate lodge sleeping another four.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of your rental, the following charges will apply to each property booked:
More than 90 days before the beginning of the rental period: your deposit will be returned less €200.00 administration charge. 90 - 60 days: 50% or first weeks rental, whichever is less, unless the property is successfully re-let, in which case your deposit and balance will be returned less €200.00 administration charge.
Less than 60 days: full charges will be applied, unless the property is successfully re-let, in which case your deposit and balance will be returned less €200.00 administration charge.
