This single storey detached cottage is located close the village of Ballindereen near Kinvara in County Galway and can sleep three people in one bedroom.

Burren View is a single storey, detached cottage situated on the owner's land just a short walk from the village of Ballindereen near to the coastal village of Kinvara in County Galway. With one family bedroom and a shower room, this cottage can sleep three people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room. To the exterior of the cottage is a small lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking for two cars. Beautifully situated between the mountains and the coast, Burren View Cottage is a superb holiday cottage for a couple or a small family.

Kinvara is a seaside village in County Galway located on the edge of the world renowned "Burren" on Galway Bay. Home to numerous pubs, shops and eateries, with a renowned farmer's market every Friday and hosting two festivals celebrating culture and heritage each year, there is no shortage of things to do here. The small city of Galway, affectionately known as the "city of festivals", with its pretty alleyways and colourful nightlife is within easy reach, and only a little further is Burren National Park where animals and plant life are abundant, and there are numerous walking opportunities.

				Low Season Price:	£155 per Week
				High Season Price:	£278 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
