Full oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in two sitting rooms. Underfloor heating throughout ground floor. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD. All fuel, power and starter packs for open fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Dunmore is situated 10 miles north east of Tuam, and has its own fascinating original fort and early 17th century stone castle as well as the ruins of an Augustian Abbey on the Eastern side of town. This area is the ideal base from which to tour Galway and Mayo, with incredible sunsets, bird watching and walking all a feature of this lovely location. Every summer the town hosts the Dunmore festival with lively pub events, children's fancy dress, pavement art, treasure hunts, and lots of fun for all the family. Relax with a round of golf at the Demesne Golf Club, designed by well known golf- course architect Eddie Hackett. Venture to beautiful Connemara and Lough Mask for a tranquil day out, or further afield to cosmopolitan Galway to experience bustling Irish city life.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
