Vacation Rental Description
This is a really good value property for larger groups. A town centre location means you're walking distance to everything and a car is not necessary. All the usual town amenities are on your doorstep - shops, restaurants, pubs, beauticians, hairdressers, barbers, parks, public transport, pharmacies, hotels, sports clubs.
The property is on three levels - entrance at ground level, living and common rooms on first floor and bedrooms on second floor. Accommodation is spacious - large kitchen, seats 12 at one sitting with additional space at a breakfast bar. Living room has seating for 12. There's a bar (pub) downstairs, attached to the property - great food, full bar, live music at the weekends, chat and a great Irish pub experience.
We welcome parties so if you're celebrating anything special let us know and we'll help with the arrangements - clay pigeon shooting, golf, horse riding, spa or beauty sessions, karaoke, private room hire (restaurant or pub), fishing, horse racing transfers, coach hire, sailing etc. We can book it all for you! We can also organise coach transfers to/from the city centre - the coach can collect and drop you at the front door!

Galway city has an amazing array of activities during the summer months. The Arts Festival (held each year in July) is well worth checking out. The Horse Racing festival meetings are always good fun. 2012 sees the Volvo Ocean Race return to Galway - a spectacle not to be missed - even if you have no interest in sailing - the land based fun is wild! - Travel Info: his really well located Tourist Hostel in Athenry, is available to rent privately and has everything you could possibly need for the perfect break. For larger parties this is a great spot where you can all stay together in good quality accommodation at affordable rates. The floor area is approx 1800ft. (c170m2). The accommodation includes a large country style kitchen and diner with seating for up 12, a comfortable, bright and airy living room. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and all necessary utensils. 4 bedrooms have en-suite shower/toilets facilities. Bedrooms are furnished with Bunk-Beds, and sleep groups of 4 and 6. For larger parties 2 additional bedrooms are available - bringing total accommodation to 24 persons. Note these two rooms are over the pub and are only used if specifically requested. Transport - commuter trains & buses to/from city centre operate frequently. Night buses are available from the city at weekends. Taxi services are also freely available.
