For only € 40 or €50 per room per night, depending on the time of year - (double or single - this is the total room rate including breakfast), you'll be staying in a lovely double room, close to beautiful centre of Europe's most fun capital.

My house has 2 double bedrooms available for guests (one of these can be made a triple if required). Our house is located in a very safe area with lots of parks and greenery. Very easy access to the city centre via bus or trains. The interior of the residence is stylish decorated.

Specifics:
I hope to make my guests feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. Breakfast is provided each morning. You may use the kitchen for tea/coffee and of course to have breakfast. The room you rent is private and we will only meet when we both like to use the kitchen and the bathroom. The double bedroom comes with fresh clean linen and towels. If you need to do some laundry, that can also be arranged. I have a mobile internet connection that you can avail of free of charge.

Location:
The location is Castleknock, 7km from O Connell Street, the main street in Dublin. We are just a five minute walk from the bus and train stop, beside the Royal Canal and the Phoenix Park.

About me:
I am a friendly and very social young person (31) I live with my daughter (5) (we love to travel) we like to meet some cool and relaxed people. I have lived in Dublin for a long time so can tell you where to go if you like to dance, want to see theatre, or go to a good concert or anything culture that Dublin has lots of!.

If you would like to stay in my house, please be reliable, friendly and open minded.

Boating, Golf, Restaurant, Shopping, Tennis, Zoo/Wildlife Park

We are located very close to Lutrellstown Castle which has a golf course. Castleknock Lawns Tennis club is 10 minutes walking. The Dublin Zoological Gardens are in the Phoenix Park (which is 20 minutes walking). The Phoenix park is Europes Largest City Park and has a large population of deer and other wildlife. There is bike hire available in the park. The park also houses Farmleigh house and a visitors centre at Ashtown Castle. Nearby is Blanchardstown which has a UCI cinema complex, bowling, theatre, childrens playground, gym, creche and a huge shopping mall for anything you could possible wish to buy!

There are local Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Eclectic cuisine restaurants. We are located right next to the Royal Canal where you can hire a house boat for a cruise or just sit at the 12th lock and sip a glass of wine over a nice meal in their excellent restaurant.

And of course the city centre is a short 20 minutes hop on the train!

Deposit of 20% is required via paypal on all bookings. I will send guests a list of suggestions of things to do in Dublin and details of websites to help plan their trip. I can also offer advice on taking trips outside of Dublin. Balance is payable on arrival in cash.
