This stone built detached cottage is located in the village of Frosses near to Mountcharles in County Donegal and sleeps five people in two bedrooms.

Cranny Cottage is a stone-built, detached property situated on the edge of the village of Frosses, just 3 miles from Mountcharles, County Donegal. The cottage has one double bedroom and one twin (with a pull out bed) which with the addition of a family bathroom, makes it suitable for five people. Also included is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The elevated position of Cranny Cottage offers fantastic far-reaching views, from nearby Inver Bay stretching all the way to the majestic Benbulben Mountain in County Sligo.

Fuel and power inc. in rent April to September inclusive (October to March, €30 supplement payable directly to owner). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden and decking to rear with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is a fenced pond on the property.

The village of Mountcharles in County Donegal stands in an elevated position, overlooking Donegal Bay. An area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Donegal Bay is home to beautiful scenery and wonderful events. Within travelling distance is Donegal's largest town, Letterkenny, while Aran Island lies further afield.

				High Season Price:	£439 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
