Vacation Rental Description
Superb property located in fishing village of Courtmacsherry. 
 
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The utility is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. 
 
The sitting room has an open fire. There is satellite TV (100+ channels). 
 
Each house has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. The master bedroom is ensuite and contains a second TV/DVD unit and a VCR. There are two twin rooms (one of which is on the ground floor) and a second double room. There is a main family bathroom and a downstairs WC. 
 
There is a large garden surrounding the property with plenty of play space for the children. 
 
The house is equipped with all modern conveniences expected from quality holiday homes. 
 
Close to beach, shops and local pubs, the houses are situated in a village with many attractions for both adults and children. There are three pubs and a Hotel in the village. The Courtmacsherry Hotel and The Life Boat Inn both serve excellent food. There is a pottery store and a gift store/cafe in the village. 
 
Overlooking the inner bay the houses are on an elevated site with great views. In season there are many water sport activities available locally on the beach within minutes walk of the houses. 
 
Courtmacsherry Bay with its many beaches and walks is ideal for families and those who want to relax. The upper harbour under the famed and historical walls of Timoleague Abbey is a bird watchers paradise. Here the heron, wild ducks and cormorant feed in a sheltered environmentally friendly paradise. There are beautiful woodland walks with spectacular views over the ocean and Kinsale Head. 
 
Courtmacsherry is 30 km from Kinsale and 15 km from Clonakilty. Each of these towns offers a multitude of attractions which go towards making this an ideal location for a holiday in the south of Ireland.

    The rates published are weekly rates, unless otherwise stated. During the peak summer season weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday. Booking Deposit An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date. Electricity The charge for electricity is €5 per day in June, July & August and €8 per day for all other months. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit.
