A wing of the owner's home just outside Mallow, County Cork, sleeping three in two bedrooms.

Abbey Hill is a wing of the owner's home, and is situated just outside Mallow, in County Cork. With two bedrooms, a double and a single, it sleeps three comfortably. There is also a shower room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire and patio doors to the garden area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, and a small garden with furniture and unfenced pond. With great walking, cycling and hiking close by, as well as Blarney Castle and Cork City within easy reach, Abbey Hill is the ideal touring base.

Facilities

Full oil central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, selection of books. Oil and electricity inc. in rent April - September inclusive, €25 supplement payable to owner October - March inclusive. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent all year. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture, rural views and unfenced pond. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to unfenced pond in garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs must be kept under strict control due to surrounding farm animals. Note: There is an interconnecting door between the holiday accommodation and the owner's home, that will remain bolted shut.

				Low Season Price:	£176 per Week
				High Season Price:	£377 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
