This detached house is modern and spacious, and enjoys a wonderful waterfront location close to Kinsale, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Set on an exclusive development of sixteen holiday homes six miles from Kinsale, this wonderful detached property makes a superb holiday home for those looking to enjoy the superb river views, which are perfectly showcased by the floor-to-ceiling windows and mezzanine sitting area. There are three bedrooms; one double on the ground floor, a further double and a twin. Enjoy a soak in the bubbles in the spa bath, or cook up a storm in the very well-equipped kitchen. The spacious sitting room has a dining area and outside is a decked area with furniture and views over the communal gardens towards the water. Kinsale is a popular tourist town with a luxury marina, gourmet restaurants and many interesting shops. A superb Irish holiday property, perfect for families or couples to enjoy lovely County Cork.

Activities

The town of Kinsale in County Cork is a firm favourite with tourists, who return time and again to enjoy strolling round the famous marina, sampling the fine cuisine, and browsing the interesting boutiques and shops which line the narrow characterful streets. Historical sites include Charles Fort and Desmond Castle, while an easy drive will lead you to Blarney Castle, with its famous stone. A supremely picturesque region, with so much to do and enjoy.

				High Season Price:	£658 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
