This charming first floor apartment adjacent to the owner’s home on the outskirts of Skibbereen in County Cork has an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen area, and a comfortable double bedroom with views over green fields. Skibbereen town centre offers a great choice of shops, attractions and amenities to it visitors, and is just a short walk away. The magnificent West Cork coastline with its beaches, coves, cliff walks and beautiful views is an easy drive away, and water sports, walking, fishing and golf are all available nearby.

Shop & pub 10 mins walk. Note: The apartment is reached via an external staircase. Skibbereen is situated at the heart of some of Ireland's most beautiful scenery, with sandy beaches, quiet coves, energising rivers, lakes, hills and forests all around. This market town and the surrounding area are a haven for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. The town offers interesting shops, restaurants, pubs, the fascinating West Cork Arts Centre, Skibbereen Heritage Centre and an 18-hole golf course. Here the inhabitants pride themselves on the quality of their local produce including local seafood, meat and bread and they hold weekly country and farmer markets. A little further afield you can find Kinsale, dubbed the "gourmet capital of Ireland". Overlooking the West Cork coastline, Leap and Rosscarbery are within easy reach, as are Ballydehob, Schull and Bantry. Dolphin and whale watching opportunities, beaches and rugged cliffs are all on offer in this beautifully unspoiled area of West Cork.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
