Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, this County Clare bungalow is on the outskirts of Bellharbour village.

1 Cois Cuaine is a cosy detached bungalow in a small development 1.5 miles from Bellharbour in County Clare. There are three double bedrooms, a shower room, additional cloakroom, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a shared grassed area with furniture, BBQ and views over The Burren. 1 Cois Cuaine makes an ideal base for County Clare, for couples, friends or family alike.

Heating from storage heaters throughout, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD. Electricity inc. in rent April-Sept. €25 supplement paid direct to owner Oct-Mar. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent all year round. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and views of The Burren. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: This property is on a main road, some road noise may be experienced.

				Low Season Price:	£225 per Week
				High Season Price:	£524 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
