Just three miles from Doonbeg village, and close to Doonbeg Golf Club and hotel, is this lovely little property. Offering contemporary, open plan living accommodation, the cottage is well equipped and comfortable. This home-from-home is ideal for larger families or a group of friends. To the rear of the building is a decked area, providing a wonderful opportunity for a barbecue or some al fresco dining. The shops, pubs and restaurants of Doonbeg are only three miles away and with the beach right outside your house, this is a wonderful holiday home no matter what time of year.

Fuel and power inc. in rent 1st May - 31st August, €30 supplement per week payable to owner 1st September to 30th April. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Decked first floor patio area with furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. The 16th Century County Clare village of Doonbeg - meaning ‘small fort’ – grew up in the remains of Doonbeg Castle. Both the village and surrounding area offer a range of pubs, many offering traditional live Irish music, as well as shops and restaurants. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for by Greg Norman's new course at Doughmore - the Doonbeg Golf Club Course - which allows visitors to try their hand at some of the world’s finest golfing facilities. The area also boasts a wide selection of local walks through the region's beautiful scenery as well as the opportunity to explore the white, sandy beaches from horseback. Spanish Point and Doughmore Strand are renowned for quality surfing whilst in the towns of Kilrush and Carrigaholt, dolphin-watching boat trips can be arranged.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
