Set on a working farm, this comfortable ground floor apartment is set just one mile from the beach and a mere three and a half miles from the amenities at Doonbeg. A lovely lawned garden makes this a great property for people with children, or the two car parking facility means that two smaller families or a group of friends could enjoy this location. Well placed for days out on the beach as well as for local conveniences such as shops and pubs, this makes a great holiday home no matter what time of year.

The village of Doonbeg (meaning 'small fort’) in County Clare grew up around the now ruined Doonbeg Castle – a fortification erected in the 16th Century. The village is a lively place and provides a wide selection of pubs often offering traditional Irish music, as well as a good selection of shops and restaurants. Nearby, golf enthusiasts are able to enjoy the Doonbeg Golf Club Course, Greg Norman's new course at Doughmore, which is reputably amongst the finest golfing in the world. Walks through the beautiful countryside highlight the area's wonderful picturesque nature with rolling hills and dramatic mountain vistas. Down on the beaches, visitors can enjoy horse riding across golden sands. Spanish Point and Doughmore Strand are renowned for quality surfing and the towns of Kilrush and Carrigaholt are great places to find dolphin-watching boat trips.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
