Shannon View is an ideal holiday property for those looking for a quiet base that is within reach of lively towns and visitor attractions. Situated just five miles from the charming seaside town of Kilkee, Shannon View is a modern detached bungalow on the shores of the River Shannon. The property is airy and spacious and provides excellently furnished accommodation with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground and the first floors. Kilkee offers a lovely beach and all the attractions of a seaside resort, and a ferry service half an hour away takes tourists to County Kerry. Alternatively, relax in the property’s large and pleasant garden, or take a walking trail from the front door.

Full oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden to rear with garden furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. NOTE: This property only accepts children aged 10 years and over. Note: Spring Bank Holiday is charged at the Mid rate. The Kilkee Surf School runs surf camps for children at Kilkee and Doughmore beaches during the summer holidays, and Waterworld is an all weather facility that draws many visitors all year round. The delightful seaside town of Kilkee is situated on the western coast of County Clare and overlooks the mile-long horseshoe bay. Other activities are catered for here, including golf – a superb 18-hole championship golf course stretches along the spectacular cliffs on the road towards George Head. Visitors can enjoy the spectacular cliff scenery on foot, then wander into one of Kilkee’s choice of excellent cafés and restaurants specialising in locally caught fish and shellfish. The pubs and lounge bars offer lively nightlife including traditional Irish nights, dancing and pub theatre.

Please remember to include our Booking fee: £34 per week or short break, plus optional Travel Insurance. Change Over Day : Sat Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
