In a quiet street about 300 m from the beach and 900 m from the centre of Keszthely is our family-house in the middle of a big garten. Upstairs is the flat to rent with a separat entry. The flat has 3 bedrooms ,( 2 with doublebed, and 1 with single one.) a kitchen, a bathroom, WC separat and a big balcon Bed clothes, serviettes, TV (satelit), DVD-player, garage and bicycles are included.. The garden is funitured too.

    • Balaton,the biggest sweetwatherlake in Middle-Europa is not deep, only 3 m , so it warms up very quickly to 24-26 C.The historical town Keszthely was and stayed the cultural capital of the lake with severel sights, museums, coffeeshops, restaurants, and a lot of events for tourists in summertime. Only 5 km is a wunder of the natur, the biggest warmwather-lake in Europa, the thermal-lake Hévíz, with 32 C in summer. In 25 km from Keszthely there are 4 other swimmingpools with thermal-wather. In 200 km there are 4 capitals to visit: Budapest,Vienna,Bratislava, Zagreb, Graz .You can bike around the lake 200 km.

    We rent the flat in summer only weekly.In Setember and october for min. 3 nights. High-season price: 420.-€ weekly for 5 persons 350.-€ weekly for 2 persons low-season price: 350.-€ weekly for 5 persons 245.-€ weekly for 2 persons we ask 10%deposit by banking transfer . Tourist tax is separat:1,50 € for adults daily.
