Welcome to Villa Constantinos!
In the north of the Peloponnese, near Corinth and Loutraki, is the the bay of Strava: two islands, fishing boats, a simple taverne and a small white chapel. Strava is an oasis of peace and quiet, far away from hectic mass tourism.
Panoramic view, 100 meters from the beach
In Strava is my beautifully located villa with private tennis court. from the huge verandas one has a splendid view of the sea, and the pine-covered mountain slopes. The white pebble beach is just 100 meters from the villa.
Crystal clear water
Strava is the ideal place for holidays: Nearby there are several hidden beaches, where you can swim in crystal clear water.
Strava is suitable for all kinds of outdoor-activities like tennis (on the professional tennis court in the garden!), walking and mountain-biking.
Many interesting excursions can be made, for example to scenic port town Nafplion, the archaeological site of Ancient Corinth, and the impressive ancient theatre of Epidauros.
In nearby Schinos (5km) the tavernas serve fish and local specialties. In Perachora (12 km) you can buy freshly-baked bread and do the daily shopping. Larger supermarkets, restaurants and a boulevard are in seaside resourt Loutraki (20km).
Strava is about two hours driving from Athens airport.
In my villa I rent out the complete first(top)floor. The living space in the appartment is around 100 square meters, plus a large veranda around the house.
The appartment has two bedrooms, a livingroom with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a washing machine. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed foor three persons plus a small double bed.
The kitchen is fully equiped, including a large refridgerator, microwave oven and coffee machine. Bed linen and towels will be supplied. Of course the house has airconditioning and international satellite tv.
The professional tenniscourt –just behind the villa- is available to all residents!
