Our villa is set in an olive grove of approximately 2500Sqm. The first floor apartment is available to rent and comprises of one bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. It is approximately 300 metres from the sea and Memi Beach and approximately 2 km from Koroni. There are lovely views of the sea and Koroni from the balconies. The nearest Taverna is 300metres from the villa.

The apartment is equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. A breakfast bar and barstools seperate the kitchen from living area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a Sofabed in the living area which opens to a double bed, sleeping 2 people. An air conditioning unit is installed in the kitchen area and the bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Below the stairs at ground level, there is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A barbecue is also provided and stored in the laundry room.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 100 Euros and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. The following charges will apply from the date of notification: - Up to 56 days prior to departure. Deposit only. 28 - 55 days prior to departure. 50% of full rental cost. Within 28 days of departure. 100% of full rental cost. In the event of the owner being obliged to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, we will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the guest. Facilities and other features of our brochure advert or web page may not always be available. We will endeavour to communicate any shortfall to the Guest as soon as we are aware of the event.
