This 2 bedroom self contained holiday home in the Peloponnese area of Greece has great sea views over the Messinian Bay and town of Kalamata.



There are external steps up the back of the holiday home to the huge tiled roof terrace with sunloungers and umbrellas for shade and tables and chairs if you prefer to eat outdoors. There is also a shady area at the back of the house with a hammock to relax in.



The holiday villa has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin, both with wardrobes. There is also a sofabed in the lounge so can accommodate up to 5 people. This lovely holiday home has an open plan living room with a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped for self-catering with a fridge/freezer, fan oven and microwave. The living area of the holiday home has a tv, dvd and cd player.



There are several patio areas surrounding the house with lots of terracotta pots of flowers plus is a small garden. The holiday home is set in a large plot with plenty of off-street parking and over 40 olive trees. There is also a small chapel on the land which has a festival with the local villagers (and anyone else around) once a year usually the week after the Greek Easter.

    • There are plenty of places of interest nearby and the house is an ideal base for exploring the area. The seaside towns of Methoni, Pylos and Koroni are an easy drive away and all have castles to explore too. The archeological site of Ancient Messini is spectacular and is less than an hours drive. There are many beaches of sand, shingle and pebbles and the water is clear and clean. Kalamata town itself has all you would expect of a modern cosmopolitan town with shops, restaurants, cinemas, theatres etc.
