The villa is situated only a few metres from a long stretch of sandy coast. The interior is light and breezy comprising a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area, with terraces on four sides, one by the pool with BBQ, one covered dining veranda, an open breezy veranda facing the sea and another covered entrance veranda.
Views from the villa are enchanting, taking in the long curving coastline and the island of Hydra in the distance. The house is furnished to a very high standard with fully fitted kitchen and dishwasher. Only a few minutes drive from the pretty town of Porto Heli which is well supplied with excellent restaurants, tavernas, coffee bars and clubs, as well as shops, Banks and Post Office.
The most interesting areas of the Peloponnese are within easy driving distance and a short boat ride will take you to the islands of Hydra and Spetses.

The villa is well equipped and spacious. The enclosed garden is an ideal play area for young people while the poolside BBQ ensures that everyone wants to be chef.

The area is ideal for a enjoying a large number of sporting activities, especially watersports. There are two excellent waterski schools, providing expert tuition at all levels with slalom courses and jump.
Boat rental is available and the heavily indented coastline is worth exploring.
Scuba diving, windsurfing, dinghy sailing are all available.
In the cooler months there are interesting areas for hiking or biking, both on the mainland or on Spetses island,a 10 minute boatride from the mainland.

There are also good connections from the aiport to the port at Piraeus from where there is a hydrofoil service to Porto Heli.
