Vacation Rental Description
The private holiday home Villa Oleander is laid on two levels for up to 6 - 8 people. It lies directly next to the sea and has a large garden covering 1,330 square metres. The villa was built in 1964 by an architect and has been continuously modernised. The living quarters on the top floor cover 102 m2 and there is also 71 m2 of partially covered verandas. Looking out from the spacious living-room/kitchen area, you have a fantastic panorama view of the sea. The two bedrooms, each containing king-size beds (180 cm wide), are situated on the garden side of the house. One bedroom has a Bed chair for a third person. Hot water is provided via a modern solar system. If you are visiting during a cooler period of the year, each room has central heating in order to make your stay more comfortable. The rooms on the lower floor cover some 42 m2, with a further 80 m2 of roofed terrace area. These rooms include a kitchen, a WC, a lounge with three beds and a utility room with washing machine. Air conditioning and a security alarm system are fitted in the villa
Just twenty steps across the pebble beach separate you from the sea. Our canoe is a big fun for every body.
Facilities
The English speaking Dagres family, owning a tavern, cares for guests on site. The menu of the day is changed everyday, depending on the season and the offer of the local market. Mr Dagres is actually the 'plus' of our holiday house. All of our guests have always enjoyed his kindness and helpfulness at any time of the day or night. Other taverns, fish restaurants, cafes and snack bars located on the beach and in the village will provide you with culinary diversion. On the beach you will also find children's playgrounds, promenade to have a walk, and cafes with music, so that you never get bored. Most of the ancient Greek and Byzantine places of interest can be the aim of daily excursions: Corinth, Delphi, Olympia, Epidaurus, Sparta, Argos, Athens, Mycenae, Tripoli, Mystras, Naphlion, Epidaurus... Last but not least: Nerantza and the neighbour beach of Vrachati were granted the 'Blue Flag' for the good water quality of the sea.
Activities
Leisure time: A boat rental of the village offers our guest the possibility to have a speed boat anchored in front of the villa. Enjoy the crystal clear water of countless bays that can only be reached by boat. Or learn water ski. A stable is located 16 km away from the house, where children and adults can ride in front of the impressive ancient castle of Corinth, and also have riding lessons. Horse riding equipments are provided. The stable also has a cafe. The North-West harbour of Kiato (2 km away) is a diving area. Hiking: who is looking for 'light' in Greece will experience the brightest sunny days in spring and autumn, with intensive colours and vast clear horizon,also ideal for hiking. The peninsula Peloponnese offers discoverers ancient castles, magnificent buildings from the Crusades, Venetians and Turks as well as impressive mountains with deep canyons. Hike on centenarian paths covered with natural stone.

The rates include the rent charge as well as bed linen, hand- and bath towels (2 sets per Person), a normal energy (max. 100 Kilowatt per week) and water consumption, final cleaning, air conditioning, heating costs, ADSL internet connection, WiFi and dish towel. There are no hidden costs! The house is rented in two week lettings, from Saturday to Saturday. In order to guarantee the reservation, we request that a rental deposit of 30% of total rent is paid to our account. A refundable security deposit of € 350 for 4 Person is required with the balance. An additional 50 Euro security deposit per booking is required for an extra person. Final payment must be received by us at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If booked less than 8 weeks in advance of your arrival the entire payment is due before a confirmation will be issued.
