Our mansion is a first class traditional hotel.
In GeroFotis mansion you can retreat in a peaceful environment while being a stone’s throw away from busy Aigio and the popular nearby beaches. You will find yourself amidst green vineyards and olive trees, enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the Corinthean Gulf and experience the luxury of a glorious past. The mansion combines mountain and sea as it is located in a traditional village at an altitude of 600m, while the beautiful beaches of Aegio koli and Sellianitika are only 9 and 10 Km away respectively.
The mansion itself, preservable by the Ministry of Culture, is a stone NeoClassical building, built in 1892 and renovated to be transformed into a first class traditional hotel in 2003.
There is a central reception area with a fireplace and 5 spacious rooms of 2-4 beds, each one with its own unique characteristics, furnished with carefully selected old pieces that give guest a feel of a distant past. All rooms are fully equipped with all mod cons (TV, hi-fi, central heating, Airconditioning to the 2 of 5 rooms) and have ensuite facilities. Home breakfast and dinner made with pure ingredients from Aigio region (bread in wood-burning oven, pies, exceptional olive oil, wine, honey).
THE GUESTHOUSE:
Our rooms are spacious suitable for 1-4 persons (double beds only) fully equipped. There is one room (ground floor) with fireplace and one apartment (2 separate rooms in the ground floor) with kitchen. 2 of our rooms have air-conditioning.
The breakfast room is at the upper floor. We will serve you a full breakfast including all the delicious things you can imagine.
ROOM HELEN: Room Helen is on the upper (1st) floor of the building. It has private balcony with astonishing view in the Corinthian Golf and the vineyards as well as air conditioning.
Special characteristics of the room are: the Wooden Authentic old floors, the authentic antiques in which the room is furnished, but above all the view from its balcony that is the best of the Guesthouse.
ROOM SOFIA: Room Sofia is on the upper (1st) floor of the building. It has private balcony with astonishing view in the Corinthian Golf and the vineyards, as well as air conditioning.
Special characteristics of the room are: the Wooden Authentic old floors, the authentic antiques in which the room is furnished, but above all the view from its balcony his and spaciousness.
ROOM VASILIKI: Room Vasiliki is on the ground floor of the building. It has view in the Corinthian Golf and access in the veranda of the hostel with astonishing view in the Corinthian Golf and the vineyards, as well as Fireplace.
Special characteristics of the room are: the authentic antiques in which the room is furnished, the Fireplace that gives unique atmosphere in the space and its spaciousness.
ROOM IOANNIS: The studio Ioannis is on the ground floor of the building. It is an apartment wuth two spaces and full equipped kitchen. It has view in the Corinthian Golf and direct access in the veranda of the hostel with astonishing view in the Corinthian Golf and the vineyards.
Special characteristics of the room are: its spaciousness, the direct access in the veranda of the Guesthouse. Because of the full equipped kitchen with the big dining table it is ideal for families. The room accommodates up to 5 quests.
• All the rooms of the Guesthouse have double beds and couch, mini bar, TV, DVD, HI-FI, hairdryer, telephone, internet connection, Slippers, shampoo – Shower Gel.
