The elegant village house has been completely renovated by its current owners to provide comfortable and stylish self-catering accommodation. The villa is ideal for both families and couples. It is extremely comfortable and has been designed by the British owners to be their second home. It has all the conveniences that you would expect of a home with the added advantage of great weather and lovely sandy beaches close by. Lindos's night life is excellent. There are great restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, from a romantic dinner for two to a family dinner where the children truly are welcome. It is a perfect Summer Holiday destination but also great for a long winter break away from the northern climate.
The house is situated in the heart of Lindos village, only a few minutes walk from the main square. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and yet it is within minutes walk of both the main beach and Pallas beach and is only 15 minutes walk from the historic St Paul's Bay. It is also very close to the centre of the village where you will find supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy and numerous bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. It really would be hard to find a more convenient location. Rhodes International Airport and Rhodes town are only 45 minutes away. Rhodes town, famous for the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the 7 Wonders of the World, is well worth a visit. The Old Town is a warren of winding streets with many small gift shops and good restaurants and the New Town has good shopping and some lovely Art Deco architecture. The island has some wonderful beaches and the centre is mountainous and wooded - a great place to explore and escape the heat!
