Villa Cassiopee is an exclusive vacation villa situated in a peaceful location with privacy guaranteed. We offer a spacious villa for rent, ideal family Greek villa offering tranquillity and stunning sea views.
Comfortable, newly built villa located on the top of a hill above the bay of Aghia Paraskevi sleeping up to 9 persons.
It is built on two levels. The main entrance leads to a spacious room where you will find the living room with the fireplace, the dining room and the open kitchen.

The kitchen, with cupboards made of cherry tree, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an electric cook with oven and a fridge with a big freezer.

A large balcony door leads to the 40m2 terrace with stunning views on the bay of Aghia Paraskevi , the garden and the hills planted with olive trees and pines trees.

A staircase leads to the lower level, where the three bedrooms are found:

The master bedroom has a double bed. It has its own bathroom with wc and shower

The second bedroom has three single beds (possibility of a fourth one)

The third bedroom has a double bed.

Each room leads to a shady terrace with stunning views and an access to the garden.

There is a fourth sleeping area with a double bed on a mezzanine floor above the living room , with its own bathroom.

The villa has three bathrooms with wc and shower:

One in-suite with the master bedroom

One with a washing machine for the 2nd and the 3rd bedrooms

One for the mezzanine
